This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how customers and users may use the services provided by Tiny Screen Labs LLC (“Tiny Screen Labs”, “TSL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including the TSL Mobile App Manager platform, associated plugins, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.


Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, or abusive.

This includes but is not limited to:

Illegal Content

Using the Service to create, host, or distribute content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Examples include:

  • copyright infringement
  • illegal gambling
  • sale of prohibited products
  • fraud or deceptive practices

Malware or Security Violations

You may not use the Service to:

  • distribute malware
  • distribute spyware
  • attempt unauthorized access to networks or systems
  • interfere with service infrastructure

Spam and Deceptive Practices

The Service may not be used to:

  • send spam or unsolicited messages
  • conduct phishing attacks
  • mislead users about the source of communications
  • manipulate search rankings or traffic

Infringing Content

You may not publish content that infringes intellectual property rights including:

  • copyrighted material without authorization
  • trademark violations
  • unauthorized software distribution

Harmful or Abusive Content

You may not publish content that:

  • threatens violence
  • promotes harassment
  • promotes illegal activity

App Store Violations

Mobile applications created using Tiny Screen Labs must comply with the policies of:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

If an application violates app store policies and creates risk for Tiny Screen Labs, we may suspend or remove the application from the platform.


Enforcement

Tiny Screen Labs reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy.

If a violation is identified, Tiny Screen Labs may take actions including:

  • content removal
  • account suspension
  • service termination

We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
