Monthly maintenance plan provided for digital services offered by Tiny Screen Labs, LLC.

Up to 7 hours of support to include availability on weekends and evenings to ensure uptime for customers. Unused hours do not carry over to future months. Payment is not refundable.

If during the course of the month we encounter a situation that requires additional work, not contemplated in the maintenance plan, we will contact you prior to moving ahead with the necessary additional work. Each element that adds to the scope of this project may be priced individually and agreed to by both parties before additional work is performed.
