Mobile Application Platform Policy

Tiny Screen Labs provides tools that enable customers to build and publish mobile applications.
Customers are solely responsible for the content and operation of applications built using the platform.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their applications comply with:
- applicable laws and regulations
- Apple App Store policies
- Google Play policies
- privacy and data protection laws
Tiny Screen Labs does not review every application published using the platform.
App Store Approval
Tiny Screen Labs may assist in submitting applications to app stores.
However:
- approval decisions are made solely by Apple and Google
- Tiny Screen Labs does not guarantee approval
- policy changes by app stores may affect application availability
Application Content
Customers are solely responsible for:
- all application content
- user data collection
- privacy disclosures
- in-app transactions
- compliance with advertising laws
Application Removal
Tiny Screen Labs may suspend or remove an application if:
- the application violates this policy
- the application creates legal risk for Tiny Screen Labs
- the application violates app store policies
Platform Integrity
Customers may not use the platform to:
- build competing mobile app platforms
- reverse engineer the Tiny Screen Labs mobile framework
- attempt to extract platform source code
Security Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of:
- their accounts
- connected WordPress sites
- third-party plugins used in their apps
Tiny Screen Labs is not responsible for vulnerabilities introduced by third-party software.
Developer Account Responsibility
Mobile applications created using the Tiny Screen Labs platform may be published to app stores under either the customer’s developer account or, in some cases, under a developer account maintained by Tiny Screen Labs LLC.
When an application is published under a customer-owned developer account, the customer assumes full responsibility for:
- compliance with app store policies
- management of the developer account
- submission of the application
- ongoing compliance with store rules and regulations
When an application is published under a Tiny Screen Labs developer account, the customer remains solely responsible for the content, functionality, and legal compliance of the application.
Tiny Screen Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- refuse submission of an application
- remove or unpublish an application
- suspend or terminate services related to an application
if the application:
- violates applicable laws
- violates app store policies
- creates legal or reputational risk for Tiny Screen Labs
Tiny Screen Labs shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from the rejection, removal, or suspension of an application by an app store provider.
