Software-as-a-Service Terms

These Terms govern your use of Tiny Screen Labs subscription software services including:
- TSL Mobile App Manager
- TSL Pro Plan
- related hosted services
(collectively the “Service”).
Service Description
Tiny Screen Labs provides a platform for building, managing, and publishing mobile applications integrated with WordPress-based content systems.
The Service may include:
- mobile application build tools
- WordPress plugins
- hosting infrastructure
- publishing tools
- analytics and management dashboards
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- ensuring the accuracy of your account information
- all activities conducted through your account
You must immediately notify Tiny Screen Labs of unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- distribute malware
- violate intellectual property rights
- conduct illegal activities
- distribute spam or deceptive marketing
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful
Tiny Screen Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service including:
- text
- images
- videos
- application content
You grant Tiny Screen Labs a limited license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Data Responsibility
Tiny Screen Labs does not guarantee permanent storage of content.
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of all content and application data.
Service Availability
Tiny Screen Labs will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, infrastructure issues, and third-party services may affect availability.
Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party platforms including WordPress hosting providers, Apple App Store, and Google Play.
Tiny Screen Labs is not responsible for outages or policy decisions of third-party providers.
Payment and Subscriptions
Customers agree to pay subscription fees associated with their selected service plan.
Invoices are issued electronically and payable upon receipt.
All prices are quoted in USD.
Customers are responsible for any taxes or transaction fees associated with payments.
WordPress Compatibility
The Tiny Screen Labs platform integrates with websites built using the software provided by WordPress.
While Tiny Screen Labs makes reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with standard WordPress installations, the functionality of the Service may be affected by third-party components including:
- WordPress themes
- WordPress plugins
- custom code
- hosting configurations
- server environments
Tiny Screen Labs does not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their WordPress installation and ensuring that third-party software used on their site does not conflict with the Tiny Screen Labs plugins or services.
Tiny Screen Labs is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or application errors caused by third-party plugins, themes, custom code, or hosting providers.
Tiny Screen Labs may require the temporary disabling of third-party plugins or themes during troubleshooting in order to diagnose compatibility issues.
Chargeback / Refund / Cancellation Policy
Tiny Screen Labs will use reasonable efforts to have the application approved by the app store providers. Although we anticipate a highly likely approval, we do not and cannot guarantee acceptance. If your application is declined by the provider, you may cancel your service plan. However, there are no refunds under any circumstances. Please note that by purchasing this product you agree to these payment and refund terms. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount.
Termination
Tiny Screen Labs may terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- create legal risk
- abuse the platform
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Termination does not entitle customers to refunds for unused subscription periods.
Service Shutdown
Tiny Screen Labs reserves the right to discontinue the Service in the future.
In the event of a platform shutdown, customers will receive reasonable notice and an opportunity to export their content where feasible.
Limitation of Liability
Tiny Screen Labs’ total liability arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid during the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
