Website Support Plan – Basic Subscription
➢ Performance: Monitor performance and downtime.
➢ Maintenance: Implement backups; troubleshoot, identify and fix bugs that arise due to plugin conflicts, spam and server issues.
➢ Security: Implement security protocol; monitor logins and scan for malware and other vulnerabilities.
- Additional services or: support work required outside the scope of this agreement is discussed in advance – may be billed separately.
- Scope of work: If during the course of the engagement we encounter a situation that requires additional work, not contemplated in the above estimate, we will contact you prior to moving ahead with the necessary additional work. Each element that adds to the scope of this project may be priced individually and agreed upon by both parties before additional work is performed.
